I popped in there while waited for Kay isit the opticians. I sat facing the bar and ordered a veer,great serviceman good beer.lstarted chatting with the other gents there,very friendly a d funny.then Kay came in and turns out she had a lot in common. Great visit,l shall return.

Nice large area, apparently gets real ale..
Unfortunately on my visit I was overwhelmed with the fragrance of a a low end gents toilet.

Great pub cheap beer but ladies toilets or shocking no locks on doors,toilets not cleaned 2 days in a row poo around toilet rim the same toilet clearly have not been cleaned never flush properly really needs addressed as the standards have gone down hill in there
