I regularly use this lovely 😄 cafe and highly recommend it for really good food and the best ☕ coffee in Worthing. I have recently found that Roger and Sue have retired, i was very sad to hear the news as I haven't been able to wish them my best wishes. I have been going to the Continental for 30 + years and know them very well, please pass on my very best wishes🙂😄

Very pleasant staff. I have enjoyed good coffee and delicious toasted cheese sandwiches here. I certainly don't come away feeling hungry. Good value for money.

First visit. Lovely, friendly place for a quick snack lunch. Really tasty toasted sandwich and a cold beer for £6.50. What's not to like?

Absolutely delicious and for such great prices! Great quality and I could drink their smoothies by the pitcher! Will definitely be coming back here.

If you want somewhere that reminds you of the vibe of a post war Lyons tea shop, this is the place. An older cliental who all seem to know each other and the friendly staff. Plenty of regulars pop in every week for a simple lunch and great tea or coffee. Plenty of room and clean toilets, plus a good view of Warwick Street's daily bustle from the front tables.

Old fashion home cooking in the heart of Worthing town centre. Modern dishes and coffees available too. Something to suit most tastes. Small selection of beer and wine during licensing hours if you fancy a change from tea or coffee with your meal. Your food might take a bit longer when busy but either side of the lunchtime rush it is quick to reach you.
