Had the best scone ever to take away today. Have eaten in here many times and the staff are always so friendly and willing to help. Will be dreaming of this scone for a long time
A truly hidden treasure of Sussex.
Went for a coffee with my partner here on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. We sat outside as the sun was out and it felt like we were back in the med!
Only downfall would be that cars can drive right past the tearooms and around the pub.
Lovely bacon rolls, coffee and scones.
Very friendly staff.
We had a cream tea, a cheese scone and two lattes - it was very busy so there was a little wait before we were served but it was hot and sunny so that was fine. Were unable to do a soya latte but oat milk was available as an alternative. Can definitely recommend!
We did not eat. Just went in for a tea and walk around the gardens. Very beautiful scenery and atmosphere. Closes at 4pm though which is fair.
Lovely, lovely venue in a great location with free parking. Dog friendly. Pay at point of ordering but food and drink served at the table. Very reasonable prices.
Been about 5 years ago, so back in the area and thought we would visit again, did not disappoint, very freindly even with our sometimes noisy dogs, free treats for them and tea and cake for us, would recommend!
Lovely breakfast, sandwiches, cakes and huge tasty scones. This visit was for breakfast and at £7.10 it's possibly the best you'll get in Worthing. The place has a lovely feel, is incredibly dog friendly and is a great way to start or finish a walk on the downs.
Great coffee, nice and strong.
Indoor and outdoor seating.
Great savoury snack menu.
Lovely staff and quick service.
Worth the 5 mile walk round trip
A lovely tea rooms at the top of Highdown. A great selection of cakes, drinks and ice cream. Recommended before or after a walk around Highdown gardens or on the hill.
