I went to Currys at Worthing today to buy a PC. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, but not what I needed. Becca was allocated to help me explore options.
From the moment we started chatting she took the time and effort to understand needs, and explained pitfalls and benefits of a number of options including combination deals, peripherals and upgrade options for both desk top and lap top options.
To say she was open, honest and knowledgeable on the products is an understatement.
I walked away today with a fantastic tower computer and a very nice screen and everything I needed. Having got home, unpacked and installed everything as she recommended (all trouble free as well which for a novice like me is a miracle) I’m a very happy customer.
It’s so nice to come across someone offering such great customer service. I hadn’t realised it but we were just over an hour. That was an hour well spent.

Very helpful staff who were happy to help even though we got there shortly before closing. Good technical knowledge and advice as well as taking time to explain options and available extras. The laptop I wanted wasn't in stock but they ordered it and arranged for next day home delivery.

One of my elderly friend needed a new TV. We did not need one with spec. The sale guy understood our needs and provided us with the best options.
A great place with friendly, helpful staff who were very knowledgeable with our purchase. There's a huge range of products at reasonable prices. The store is conveniently located with ample parking. It's definitely worth a visit.
A member of the staff in carphone warehouse was very helpful. They couldn’t resolve my problem with Vodafone but they gave me a phone number & I resolved the problem. Highly recommended .
Needed a refund on a faulty item nit only were they super friendly and nice about it they actually gave me stire credit and a better option awesome customer service id come back for that reason

My laptop finally gave up the ghost but as luck would have it Currys were having a sale. Checked on line and found something suitable that was in stock and took myself off to get a hands on feel and then if it ticked the box buy.
Young lad serving was extremely knowledgeable and helpful so decision made and he disappeared to get a new one in the box. Problem then encountered as inventory was saying one in stock (non display) but in reality there wasn't one..
He couldn't have been more apologetic but hey it happens right. It's not that you have a problem it's what you do to fix. Was offered free delivery to my home the next day so good response.
Recommendation - shops stock level is something worth checking before setting off.
