After a very bad experience at a different KFC, today restored my faith. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff who were warm, welcoming and attentive. As well as that, the food was fresh and the most tender and juicy chicken I’ve ever had from a KFC. I can’t sing their praises enough, a big thank you to the whole team there
Only moved into the area mid January and visited this kfc 3 times now every time the food has been fresh piping hot and staff always friendly yes could do with one or two more staff but that's like all of retail now
I have eaten at many kfcs even had food poisoning from one in brighton so was skeptical to try kfc but so glad I did as this one is amazing
This kfcs food is sometimes lovely, but sometimes dull. I think if you go too late or too early it will most likely be reheated food
Visited tonight and expected it to be like KFC portslade. ROPEY and shrivelled.. But surprisingly it was hot, nice and clean and presentable in store.
Staff friendly and approachable as well as the quick and efficient service.

This is exactly what you would expect from KFC. I ordered from the counter as there is only one terminal. The wait was 5 minutes and the food wasn't gourmet but edible.
Really fast service, one guy was taking our order and another guy was completing it, so when I paid the bag was passed straight over. Great.
The team at KFC Goring were very accommodating of us despite us arriving close to their closing time. The KFC website offers an option to order online and collect in store which is very convenient.

zinger tower burger and wings excellent chips as usual not good for all the KFC anyway and I did told them inset of chips beens but I got that chips anyway. As I read the reviews missing order still going on.
Don't do kfc often so was a bit confused with the menu boards cos couldn't see what I wanted initially. Staff Very good and efficient. They get extremely busy at times which is good. I ordered a bargain bucket, and sweet corn- had to wait a little for that but all delicious and chicken not greasy at all
Good food. Served quickly if it's not too busy. Friendly staff. Bright & clean, with a small 2 seater table. Door is stuck so is always ajar which can let quire a cold draft in. Parking can tricky - spaces can be scarce.
