Azalea Restaurant

We went to Azalea last Wednesday. The Chinese food was very delicious and tasty especially the Spring rolls and Peking ducks ,very 😋 yummy . Also the sweet and sour pork was excellent too. We spent the whole night for dinner with the relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent so we strongly recommend Azalea restaurant for Chinese food and we will be definitely back again 😀

Having sampled every chinese takeaway in the local area for the last few years I was delighted to stumble across Azalea a month or so ago and this is my new go-to takeaway for a real treat for the palette.... although the portions are on the small side, and it doesn't come cheap at all.... its so worth it... I can't fault the food in anyway, shape or form. This is simply the best chinese around the sussex area by a country mile! Standard order is mixed houres deauves, satay chicken, salt and pepper squid, crispy beef, special noodles and a few other extras on the side. Thank you guys for producing such amazing food every time! The girl on the phone is always so proficient and polite and a pleasure to deal with. You have a customer for life 👌

What a lovely little restaurant! The food was extremly good we went for the eat as much as you like buffet with mixed starters, the salt and chilli prawns were amazing, then soup, duck and mains. All were fresh hot and NOT greasy at all the best chinease food we have had in a long time. Shame we don't live closer! The service was friendly and would recommend with no hesitation.

Tried the Azalea Chinese last night and must say was very impressed by both the food which tasted freshly cooked and the service, the owner was so attentive, nothing was too much trouble for her. We had the Buffet menu which was very reasonable at £25 a head, lots of different dishes to choose from, the salt and chilli squid was fantastic, its so nice to go to a restaurant and feel that you're welcome, for nearly 20 years we've eaten our Chinese at the Fortune Inn in worthing but the last few visits have been a real let down with miserable staff and bad service, such a shame but have to say that we are happy to say that the Azalea ticks all the boxes and will definitely be returning soon. Thanks for a lovely meal.

The food was authentic and very tasty. The fried platter was crispy and flavourful, with the right amount of spices that complemented the vegetarian toast made from sweet potatoes. The pan-fried beef noodle had great “wok hay” and tasted amazing. The deep-fried sweet and sour beef was crispy, and the sauce had a perfect balance of sweet and sour flavors. For dessert, the toffee banana brought out the naturally sweet taste of the fruit, and when paired with the sweet toffee and ice cream, it created a delightful harmony of hot and cold sensations.

What an amazing place. Food was excellent and really quick service. Although the decor was very plain, it had what sounded like authentic Chinese music. My main dish was lemon chicken, which was crisp on the outside, but soft inside, and the lemon sauce was soo lemony. We also had Prawn Chow mein, and there was a good amount of prawns and really excellent fine noodles.
