Lovely, quiet place with a great atmosphere. A little expensive but the food and drink is really tasty. Staff are extremely friendly, made me feel very welcome!

The staff here are really nice, and honest. I left my wallet on the table while I went to the loo. The lady behind the counter handed it back to me from a drawer when I returned in a panic. And today, they accidentally gave me the wrong pastry which I didn't notice until I took a bite. They replaced it and gave me a free coffee. What's not to love?

The cafe could do with a little upgrade, but the barista was really cheerful, coffee really nice. Getting a little expensive but what doesn't these days

Nice coffee shop. I've been going there for over 10 years, and it definitely needs a bit of a face-lift, particularly the tables and chairs.

The Wrexham branch has become a regular fixture for me and my boyfriend. Each time we've been in I've tried a different drink and all are lovely. It is quiet and has a nice pleasant atmosphere, and I have noticed that the staff all clean and tidy quickly as customers leave. Service has been good each time and I enjoy coming here and will continue to do so for a while I think. I have also had takeout from here and home delivery and again drinks and food have been enjoysble with no issues.

Best cafe in the centre of Wrexham. With outside seating and nice views of the paved courtyard area outside the old library, no traffic fumes. The problems mentioned previously are only minor, when you take in the location. Looks like it is the place to be seen in Wrexham. They have a large disabled toilet on the ground floor in the corner, anyone can use it just as for the key.

Great staff make this coffee shop feel more like an independent place rather than part of an international chain. Coffee is always good, toasties are delicious and cakes way too tempting!

Lovely coffee and it is always busy with a nice atmosphere. Attacks many foreigners I've noticed & I'm sure they live their coffee just as much as myself. I like that there is complimentary water here because it cleanses the pallet especially after an Americano or Espresso. So why only 4 stars & not 5 for me? I don't always think that café Nero is as clean as the Costa at Debenhams to be honest and that is why I'm only rating it a 4⭐ I still go to both & I actually think I like the coffee here slightly more but hygiene is important also. I do think that the place is larger & busier so that can't help matters but it's refreshing to walk into somewhere that has cleared tables & zero spills/crumbs on seats.

My partner and I frequent this location every time we are in town and have only ever once been dissatisfied. The staff are always friendly and happy, taking your order with a smile. The location is clean with more than adequate seating inside and out, the restrooms are well kept and accessible. Prices are fair. As a bonus, if you download their rewards app, you get stamps towards free coffee. I definitely recommend this place if you want great coffee, great atmosphere and overall a great time.

Great little cafe for hot drinks food and snacks, lots of seating inside outside seating also, extensive Menu, warm friendly staff, average prices, what you would expect to pay at a town centre cafe, would recommend and will be using this Establishment on future visits to Wrexham.
