Incredibly kind and welcoming staff and a nice friendly atmosphere. They had TVs for sports and slot machines for games.
I'd describe this as an "old man pub" which is what I love. Wooden beams on the ceiling and just a proper pub feeling. No food served other than bar snacks. The drinks were also very cheap (£5.70 for a single spirit and a pint of lager)

I went in here last Saturday night for the first time in ages. The place has been tidied up no end and there was a good crowd of decent people in. We had three pints and I went over and had a quick chat with Phil Rondel.
Well done to the new licencee.

We have been in the Long Pull a few times now, and each and every time we have had a brilliant night. The staff are great and the customers are brilliant, so friendly and welcoming, thanks to all of them for making us feel so welcome.
