We held a baby shower here 2nd July. From booking to the whole afternoon, everything was great. The venue was great for all abilities with ideal parking. The room was spotlessly clean. Staff greeted us straight away. All food allergies were taken care of. Chef came out to check over and staff worked tirelessly to make sure everything was OK. Food was delicious and freshly cooked. All guests complimented everything and we had a lovely afternoon. I would highly recommend and we will use again in future. Thank you Acton Park but especially Elise, Sarah and Ben.
It's a lovely old place, that has benefited from considerable updating. Ember Inns menu means plenty of choice and great value. Both members of staff who served us were friendly and helpful. A very pleasant evening. The Acton was my local in the 70's, so it was lovely to visit whilst staying locally.
The food was delicious, but I was still hungry when we had finished. Maybe bigger portions. Or maybe that is how they keep the price's down. £49 for 3 adult meals and a child's meal isn't bad at all. I would of scored 5 if I still wasn't hungry after my meal.

This is the second time that we have visited the Acton in a number of weeks. The first time we visited was on the 30th of July where we had food and drinks I chose the Acton due to some friends recommending it.
I had not been to the acton for many years, due to the last time I was there. We received poor service, cold food, rude staff and there were other number of different issues that put me off going back.
I can honestly say that the last two visits I could not fault everything was completely 100% satisfactory, the food, the service, the friendly staff the discount on the meal I was really really impressed and it's literally walking distance for us so we will now be using the acton as our local as a family we were very impressed and myself and my husband came by ourselves for the first time last month and that's what prompted us to come back again last night so yeah we we are really impressed with how the pub has turned around since the last time we were there. Looking forward to our next visit.
The Acton Park is our local pub/restaurant and has always been our go to, including my 84th birthday and our Wedding Anniversary, What makes it great is usually the very pleasant staff, we can take the dog in if it is too hot to leave her in the car, we like the food and the prices. We have had one poor meal there, in the last five years, averaging about one visit per month except during lock down

We had a 40th Birthday celebration for our son. We ordered a buffet for 25 people and it was exceptional. I had looked at other venues locally but so glad we chose the Acton. Great service and absolutely fabulous buffet. It was all cooked fresh and my family all cleared their plates saying how lovely the food was. Very, very pleased and will most definitely return. 👍
We had a great meal and great evening, service was fast and efficient would highly recommend great venue.
Lovely pub the food was delicious, plenty of choice on the menu! Friendly staff with such a lovely atmosphere! Will definitely come back for another visit!
