Ordered about three quarters in of an hour before hand on Just Eat because I knew I'd be passing by at certain point.
"Prestige Kebab House has received your order and it’ll be ready to collect at 18:50".
Perfect, I thought.
I noticed it was a bit cold in on collection and the chips had gone soggy. When I mentioned it, "Oh yeah, you ordered about 6". I showed him it said "Collection 18:50" on the ticket. "We don't look at that" he said.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Over an hour . I was asleep ! 30min late. Forgivable if the food was nice. Sadly it was the worst kebab I'd ever tasted. 90% went in the bin. Oh and a fly flew out of the salad. Now I feel sick

ordered from here thinkin that there would be chips with my burger as normal with other takeaways but disapointed when it was just the burger you need an option on just eat if you want it with chips or not so its not deceiving.

Delivery took over an hour to get here, then curry sauce ordered had exploded. Food was okay. Also worth noting the driver didn't really pay attention or look at me as if they had then they would have seen the tip that was in my hands. Love helping local businesses- Other better local takeaways.

If I could give this place 0 star rating I would we orded food to be sat waiting for it the delivery driver didn't even ring our buzzer just left our food out on the door step in the freezing cold for us to the phone the takeaway to find out where our food was as the delivery time was over for the shop to not answer the phone I then went to the main door of the flats to see the food on the flood stone cold freezing so we went to the shop to take the food back and it was all in darkness! Absolutely disgusting. WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Food tastes nice, looked freshly cooked really hot, but not worth the long delivery time.
Ordered on line with a given delivery time of an hour delivery time which was ok but it was over an hour late arriving so 2 hour wait for food. Not acceptable! If had been informed of this on ordering would not have bothered. Delivery driver very apologetic but for food to arrive that late is unacceptable. I would collect instead of ordering delivery.

Incompetent. Poor Customer service and unfit people working there
Food is cold with long delays. Says an hour but it’s Two hours for delivery. The place has no standards and they steal your money by the sounds of things looking at other reviews with no interest in issuing a refund.

Ordered a delivery via just eat that was accepted and paid £17.00 on card. Waited 45mins for the food not to turn up but had a call off just eat to say the order has now been cancelled as the drive has gone home. Money been taken out of my account and have been advised that it will take 10-15 day to show back into my account. Prestige did not even call me direct to let me know.
