Visited Wymondham for the first time and I decided to try out one of local independents. Visited Merv's and it was great. The pasty and cheese and onion bake were very fresh. Only thing I would say is, the cream cake with the synthetic icing wasn't the best. Overall, a good experience.
Brilliant place. Value is great, all the bread, cakes, sandwiches are spot on. Genuinely one of the reasons we picked to move to Wymondam.

Merv's is the perfect example of a fantastic traditional bakery.
We always have to get one of their great cream cakes, and the kids love the iced biscuits.
