Lovely little establishment.
Stumbled across this place while staying away for work, and I'm so glad I did.
If ever in the area I'd highly recommend dropping in for an evening trying the chicken and ham pie while you're there.
Fab proper pub with great classic pub grub and excellent beer. Very reasonable prices. Extremely hospitable staff.

Fantastic welcome on arrival at this lovely pub. Great pint of Nelsons and how good to be able to go to a pub and just order a sandwich. Served on white bread with crisps these it was tasty with good quality ingredients. Good to see that the bar interior is little changed.
