The counter staff in the mornings are very slow at preparing and handing over orders. As a delivery driver, I often have to wait much longer than expected to collect food. This causes delays for customers and makes it difficult to stay on schedule. Service would be much better if the morning team could be quicker and more organised

I ordered 2 omlette and bacon barns and a sausage and bacon barm. The sausage and bacon was fine but the omlette and bacon omg it was rediculous. I cannot believe greggs sent these out. So disappointed, would anyone call the eggs on here a omlette? Usually they are really nice but someone must not have liked their job today.

every single woman who works here is so miserable, proper face aches, proper monotone, they never have hot chocolate, they never have it displayed that the dont have any so you queue for ages to be told they dont, the worst greggs in existence
