Always great service , specially from karen , Danielle and Ben , the minute I walk in im always acknowledged and my coffee is always spot on , always enjoy our morning break in there , cannot fault service or staff
Steak bakes were burnt and horrible and the 2 elderly women who work there were bizarre swearing there heads off to each other worse than sailors. Never going back
Food wasn't very warm, they could do with heat lamps like pound bakery and could do we being closer priced to pound bakery as greggs are getting expensive
I got a cinnamon and apple porridge. It was watery, tasteless and pouring down the sides of the container. I got a regular caramel latte which was freezing cold upon receiving, tasted nothing like the other caramel lattes I’ve had before as it was bitter and not sweet. I am appalled.
Never any sandwiches maybe 1 or two on shelf, never ask to scan your app. The young white girl with glasses is one of the most miserable people I have met and has no respect for customers. staff always stood in the back so your waiting around for them to appear no ideal if your on a dinner break!!
