Every time I come here I am quickly served by polite, happy, relaxed employees. I don't know how the management is operating at this location, but it's clearly working. A very pleasant atmosphere.

Visited Yarm costa today and I have to say the two men that were working there were amazing in every way. Very friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. They took our tray to our table and everyone elses which they didn't have to do and as soon as a customer left they were straight there to clear and clean the table. They are both a credit to costa, maybe they should be training staff in other branches to show them how its done, thank you!

Visited today at your Yarm shop( Saturday 8th October) and wanted some gluten and dairy free products . Lovely young lady serving advised what options available, and hot chocolate drinks made up by a really friendly barista. Thanks to all, you made It all so easy. Great food and drink. The chaps working were super quick and funny despite an issue with one of the machines. Took my boys their for a spot of breakfast waiting for the wife. Sausage sandwiches were lovely.
My eldest recommended the hot chocolate as its better than the one I make.
