Wonderful customer service. Laura was so lovely. I am disabled and wanted to buy another drink but had difficulties with walking and Laura went out of her way to get me one. She is such a caring girl. Well done Boswells for choosing Laura as a member of your staff, she is a credit to you. Happy Christmas.

I've walked past this place many times, and I was surprised to go in there and see how nice and pleasant it looked. The food was good, great atmosphere and the service from the staff was very nice.

Nice little cafe we shop in Yate now because we live in thornbury and there is nothing there anymore and since they shut off thornbury high Street it's like a deserted town and plus you have to pay to park now which I have lived in …

Needed a sit down with a coffee and a bite to eat. It was really busy but the service was quick, very efficient and provided with smiles all round. Had a Tuna melt and a caramel latte. Both arrived quickly, hot and delicious. The organisation behind the counter is excellent.

The noise levels in here, particularly when the beach is open, is horrendous. Having said that, the drinks are very nice and the super salad is really lovely. Not many places sell a salad that really is a salad and not just a bunch of green leaves.

Perfect, been using every week for 4 years, great value, staff are superb, some staff have been there for years and that speaks volumes about a place, there is obviously high staff turnover with the students but they are always super polite …
