Lovely atmosphere. Chap behind the bar was very welcoming. I assume he was the manager. We were served promptly with a smile by Libby who was very friendly and helpful.
She brought our drinks out straight away. We didn't have to wait too long for the food which was very good. Both the Manager and Libby checked on us to make sure everything was ok.

Went for a Sunday roast yesterday! Absolutely incredible food - very generous portions, service was lovely. Atmosphere a typical homely pub on a Sunday! Definitely will be visiting again soon!

We had a fantastic sunday roast today. Food was plentiful, service was great. A big shout out to Hannah who provided great service & interacted brilliantly with our grandchildren. She is a credit to your team.

A spacious oldy pub. We had booked a table for 5 - was set for 6!
Mains were all lovely. Desserts overpriced especially the honey pot which was not nice.

The whole experience was amazing, they have a menu to fit everyone’s tastes. The staff were friendly and welcoming and consistently check things were ok and that drinks were full. The food itself was amazing it is hot, fresh and tasty and there wasn’t a long wait either. An overall amazing experience would highly recommend!

We’d asked for a quiet table so that we could talk to each other and that’s exactly what we got, so that was brilliant.
Service was excellent. even though it was a busy Friday evening.
Food was also excellent and timely.
Staff friendly and welcoming. Made us feel like individuals😊
Wine was quite expensive compared to other local restaurants.
