Food And Board - Board Game Cafe

We booked Food and Board for our son's 4th birthday party and we are so happy that we did! Most of the guests were adults so we wanted somewhere that would have entertainment for both children and adults. Food and Board have an extensive range of board games for all ages, so there was plenty to keep everyone happy. The food and drink (especially the milkshakes!) were amazing and the owners had organised everything so well. Thank you so much!

Brilliant find, so pleased to find a nearby board game cafe. Great food and selection of board games and all very reasonably priced. The owners were super friendly and helpful and offered advice on how to play and particular game recommendations. Very child and baby friendly too- plenty of space for prams and a high chair was available to use. We will definitely be back!

An excellent afternoon spent at Food and Board, what a fantastic board games cafe. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was incredible and very warm. We enjoyed trying out a range of board games (there was lots of choice) and we're given specific suggestions for two players. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Absolutely brilliant concept - pay for a table by the hour and play whatever game you want from a fantastic selection of modern board games in a café surrounding. They range from kids fun to adult fantastic fantasy. Sarah, our host was wonderful in helping choose and explaining the quite complex final game we decided on. Three hours later, including a excellent lunch (sausage and bacon bap for me, panini's and toasties for my accompanying family) we all left in high spirits having had the best fun. We'll be back (we have been ... a few times) ... and they now have a licence for a beer or two!

Amazing service and good prices not only for the coffee but also the time spent there! At £2 per adult,per hour it leaves room to depart the world of reality and submerge yourself into any game of your choosing. Giving families (like mine) quality time needed to reconnect and all within a budget suitable for all. For 4 adults for one hour, 2 hot drinks and 2 tortilla chip bowls £18.40. If you have no drinks or food it's only £8 for one hour for 4 people. And they are certainly not stingy on the caffeine, smiles or tortilla chips and dip! Food and Board is a worthy addition to Yateley and as per my mums words "we will be back to the boards again!"
