During a busy time in the airport the staff here greeted us immediately with a very calm attitude and assisted us to a table no trouble at all. The team worked well together in ensuring everybody waiting never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes for a table and the manager Jack was great at this. To see the manager take such a care in the well-being of the customers was quiet rare in this type of environment and it’s a reason we will ensure me and my families return. Thank you Jack and team!

On Monday 28th August when the technical fault caused delays and cancellations, we were in the Saltaire Bar from 11am til 9pm. The staff did everything they could to look after us and Michelle in particular was fantastic! She had a smile on her face the whole day long and was compassionate with the older ladies sat near us who weren’t sure what was happening. You’ve got a good one there, Well done Michelle!

Group of 6 arrived at the airport for breakfast on Thursday 6th July Paulina greeted us, organised us a table and sorted out the problem with the app. Food came out together and all at once. We got everything we asked for. Excellent service from start to finish. Food good. Brilliant experience. No complaints. Definitely recommend. Special thanks to Paulina She even took a group photo for us which is just perfect
