During a busy time in the airport the staff here greeted us immediately with a very calm attitude and assisted us to a table no trouble at all. The team worked well together in ensuring everybody waiting never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes for a table and the manager Jack was great at this. To see the manager take such a care in the well-being of the customers was quiet rare in this type of environment and it’s a reason we will ensure me and my families return. Thank you Jack and team!
On Monday 28th August when the technical fault caused delays and cancellations, we were in the Saltaire Bar from 11am til 9pm. The staff did everything they could to look after us and Michelle in particular was fantastic! She had a smile on her face the whole day long and was compassionate with the older ladies sat near us who weren’t sure what was happening. You’ve got a good one there, Well done Michelle!

Paulina greeted us, organised us a table and sorted out the problem with the app.
Food came out together and all at once. We got everything we asked for.
Excellent service from start to finish. Food good. Brilliant experience. No complaints. Definitely recommend.

Just what you need at the airport for that early morning flight. Brilliant service from Paulina, she got us a table by the window. Even though it was busy and very early she was very chirpy and friendly. The breakfast rolls were just what we needed to set us up for the day!
I just wanted to formally thank Eshar and Rebekah for their kindness and patience on Monday 4.9.23 . I am coeliac and was really struggling to find something to eat - I had booked food on the plane but as we were arriving at our destination late needed to eat something before flying . They were both incredibly helpful and patient - I did pass on my appreciation to their manager at the time but wanted to thank them formally as well . Arrived just before opening and was seated very quickly, staff all friendly for so early in the morning. Family of 7 all had food and drinks, everything came out quickly and freshly cooked. Reasonably priced for an airport restaurant. Would go again if fly out of Leeds Bradford Airport
The bar was very busy as quite a few planes were leaving in quick succession and there must have been an issue with the AC as it was roasting! The bar staff were working tirelessly particularly Michelle who we watched running around frantically but still smiling and being pleasant despite how busy they were!
Michelle was absolutely amazing. He couldn't have done more for me and my kids. I was travelling on my own with 2 kids and experienced a 24 hour delay. He went out of his way to help me in everyday. I'm so thankful and please share this with him. Thank you michellexx she even saved the little lego head we lost on the floor for us for today. Xx
Michelle our waitress was absolutely fantastic, her manner with the customers is exemplary she is a credit to the Saltaire team at Leeds Bradford Airport, it makes a refreshing change to have someone like Michell serving you, taking time to listen and always with a smile on her face, thank Michell you are a superstar 🌟
