Morrisons Yeovil Cafe

What fantastic service, from being welcomed as we walked, by Denise, to the check out, also from Denise (she obviously must have been on the move). Fantastic help from the team member who sliced a loaf of bread, and the cafe team too (great food, by the way). Coming from London, where service is dire, it’s such a refreshing change to get such terrific people and brilliant customer service! I’m down seeing a friend, so a long way from home! I love all things Morrisons, and the Morrisons card too. Congratulations to all the Yeovil team! Please spread the love up to my local store, Brentford! They definitely need your customer service skills.

I was a long way from home on business and googled somewhere for fuel and breakfast in Yeovil. As a proud Yorkshire man I was pleased when I saw there was a Morrisons Supermarket with fuel and a cafe. I enjoyed an Ultimate Breakfast and filled up on fuel at a competitive rate. The two ladies I encountered in the cafe were really nice but I saw how they interacted with a group of store managers and it is clear they are a great team. Thank you.

Spend a fortune in here every week !!!!! Don't think that it's the best of its ilk !!! But the staff really try !!! Question when making sooo much profit how they never have enough staff !!! For example deli and butchery n fish usually it seems one person does all three !!!! Please can someone explain when making so much money why this happens please 🙏 And I question quality issues with fruit n veg seem not too last long 😢 Oh n you may ask why 4 stars then !!! Well that's because the staff are amazing considering what they have to go through to keep us Joe's happy with the service they provide 😀 we'll done guys !!! But question the ethics of Morrisons hierachy 🤔
