Incredible food and service from Cat and her colleagues. We were back and forth with a couple of different orders and the place is bustling and queues out of the door, obviously very popular! The prices are incredibly reasonable too. Thanks again Cat!
Oh the custard slice!!!!! Also, the eclairs and baps were really nice too.

Excellent breakfast sandwiches and friendly staff - can get a little busy at weekends but worth the wait. Products freshly baked - often see the staff baking in the back when we're walking back from the pub. Also have the biggest custard slice I've ever seen!!
Such friendly staff. Great cold sandwiches and the best fry up sarnies in town. All at such a reasonable price
After been a long standing customer here at this local to myself bakery I've used for years now and enjoyed their home style bakery. This morning proved that money was first and their good local supporting customers don't matter.. …
As soon as I discovered this little bakery I became a frequent customer. Absolutely delicious bread. So far I tried wholemeal toast, regular sourdough and rye sourdough, I am looking forward for malted loaf but is always sold out. The quality and price cannot be compared to anything else in York.
