Lush visit to Yor Las Iguanas. Staff super helpful, especially Alice! I had a couple of tapas and some cocktails. Staff super attentive (but not over the top), service was superb and food and drinks delish.
I was in York for work and wherever I have to spend a night here I almost always end up in Las Iguanas.

Really nice place. We didn't book but they kept some walk-ins available upstairs. Ordered from the QR code, no problems, gluten free clearly marked and food came with a cute little wooden flag staying "allergy aware"

Went for the bottomless brunch and it was well worth the money!
Service was brilliant, all the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a good time, the food was delicious too!
More than worth what we paid, especially compared to the other brunches you pay similar prices for and don't get half the atmosphere, would definitely recommend

We came for a bottomless brunch here! We had such an amazing experience! Speed of service was quick! Customer service was amazing! We were served by Jane and she was lovely! The drinks and food were exceptional! Couldn’t fault it, one of the best bottomless brunches I have ever done! Would recommend to anyone in York! Definitely the best place to go for brunch and food!! Service is amazing, staff are amazing and joyful, funny and keep you happy with the service and how quick the food and drink comes! The atmosphere in general is very nice and pleasant to be around! Been here 3x for brunch now and definitely will come again.

Came in yesterday for a meal and me been gluten free (awkward ha) told this to the waitress and it’s all labeled on the menu wanted the mixed grill she went to double check and said the steak was not gluten free as marinated so would be a small meal, she checked another meal the fajita steak was but had my heart set on that she went to ask the chef if I could have that steak with the mixed grill they said they could which was great. Great service from Annie (like in the musical! Her words) was a lovely meal and great service would highly recommend we’ve eaten at lunch time before but not evening so was very impressed.

The food was amazing!
The atmosphere was great, please don't ever make your music louder. It was the perfect level for background noise and still being able to have a conversation.
The toilets are a trek away, not quote Wetherspoons, but you get your steps in. Clean, well maintained etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we asked to move tables as it was chilly by the door.
They need to get more servers on on a Friday night, there was only one lady serving the whole floor for the first half an hour and they were rammed!
Cocktails were delicious, food was great and not too pricey.
It came to £100 including tip, for 3 of us to have a main and a cocktail each, it was 2 for one on cocktails too!
