Lovely place to stop for a cooked breakfast, lunch, a light bite, or a hot drink with cake. Plenty of seating downstairs and up, and even a couple of tables outside. The staff are friendly and superb. Can't wait to be back in York towards Christmas

Recently re-visted this lovely pleasant tearooms after enjoying a visit twice before the pandemic. Such a pleasure to be enjoying our visit back on our 3 day mini break, that we returned to Chloes a further four times during our York stay. Coffee tastes great, lovely pleasant selection of teas, snacks and sandwiches, and lovely pleasant atmosphere with great service. Thank you.

Very lovely cafe for a drink and a scone. The fruit scones were excellent, and the cake nice as well. Coffee wasn't fantastic but good proper coffee. Nice hot chocolate, however the cakes were not to everyone's taste.

A lovely little coffee, and cake (or breakfast) almost in the shadow of York Minster, and just a stones throw from the famous 'Shambles' Street in York. The scone was delicious and coffee was 'spot on'. Afternoon tea looked truly amazing. Just sit, relax and unwind.
