Very close to the river Ouse. I like Middle Eastern food. The girl in the front and the manager's services were excellent. You many have to book a table or wait for your take away. A very busy but fantastic service. We burgers, chicken rice and shawrmas. Very nice and freshly made. Sitting area is very tight. Hope they are going to open a bigger shop soon.

We ordered chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma. Both were very tasty. It was an authentic Lebanese food as I have ever tasted before. The staff was very nice and friendly.

We just had a chicken shawarma for lunch, but it was one of the best tasting that I’ve ever had. Great lunch spot, nice snug place out of the English cold.

We found this gorgeous little place after arriving at York for a day trip and it’s safe to say we had no regrets.
We arrived with a pram and they were kind enough to move tables and accommodate for us despite the restaurant being small. The portions were large and filling. The food came on time and didn’t take too long either which was an added bonus. I ordered a chicken shawarma, baklava, and fresh glass of orange juice all of which were absolutely DELICIOUS. They kindly packed any remaining food we had left for us. An added bonus was the beautiful aesthetics of the restaurant demonstrating diversity and inclusivity. Love it! 🤍

A joyful experience I will return to. Got lunch from here today before catching a train which Middle Feast is on the way to from the city centre. Got a chicken shwarma and genuinely the best I've tasted, and a medium portion filled me up to the same degree as large wraps have done from other places. Oh and student discount is always wonderful!

Was happy for the options as I am gluten intolerant. The food was ok.
I think the service outshone the food. Ruby was a gem (pun intended) she made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was very attentive.

Best kebab I've had in the UK. I could smell the spices in the street and that's what made me head inside. Really fresh and flavoursome. Great value for money and really friendly staff.
