We visited with a Buy a Gift voucher which made it an absolute steal. Afternoon tea was great with a good variety of veggie sandwiches (4 different fillings). Staff friendly and efficient. Would visit again.
The cakes and scones were really nice, the staff seemed very genuine which was nice and the hot chocolate I had was really good.
Nice decorum and atmosphere inside the cafe itself, it's on a quiet street off the main high street.
A nice place to have a cuppa and grab something to eat. Very friendly staff. When ordering afternoon tea, don’t expect anything special - just simple sandwiches and more sweet that tasty cakes. The drinks are refillable.
We got bought a voucher for afternoon tea and I have got to say we wasn't disappointed it was absolutely gorgeous and as a added bonus we also got 4 buns to take home .
The staff were so welcoming and friendly .

Called in for afternoon tea . Very friendly and efficient staff. Disabled toilet not working. The sandwiches were nice but not many of them. The cakes were delicious. This is a nice shop in a prime tourist area . It needs more staff. The girls were run off there feet. Please management employ more staff and send a plumber to the toilet. I would visit again in a heartbeat
Wheelchair accessible entrance, door is heavy. Had a 10 minute wait due to upstairs being closed and reserved tables, server was quick to explain the wait time. Two front of house servers, polite and friendly, in-between customers they sanitised the tables.
From my table I was able to see behind the counter. The young lady in-between making drinks cleared down and put the milk back into the fridge.
My drink and cake arrived quickly.
The carrot cake was lovely full with nuts and a nice flavoured frosting, the hot chocolate was in my opinion between a milk and a dark chocolate, giving it a strong flavour.
The temperature was cold outside and did not feel too warm inside.
We went today to spend our buyagift voucher....we ordered afternoon tea for 2, and I must say it was absolutely lovely, sandwiches were very tasty, and cakes were delicious. We even got 2 scones each..a fruit one, and a plain one, lovely and warm, served with clotted cream and jam. Had a really lovely afternoon,and the staff were exceptional....very polite and friendly, but very efficient...we even got cake to take home.....thankyou!!!
Called in about 3pm with a friend for tea and cake. Don't know if the staff were ready for home .But one member of staff was yawning her head of . The teapot spouts could also do with cleaning. On a positive note the cakes were fine.
Excellent staff and very helpful clean and spacious. Food is amazing as is drinks and they also do takeaway and sit down well worth a visit a very friendly atmosphere.
Cakes a bit on the pricey side but so well worth it! Excellent service, welcoming and polite stuff (also international, able to speak different languages, Italian too!)
