Awesome fish, great menu too! There are a lot of choices, and if you're not too hungry, go for the smaller fish option!
Lovely piece of cod and excellent chips. Always stop here for lunch when visiting the centre.

Wanted pie but had to settle for fish , as they only do fish sausages and chicken of course chips
Visited on the 27th August - absolutely delicious!! Probably the most I've ever spent on fish & chips BUT 100% worth it. I've been to McArthur Glen numerous times and always wanted to try it but every time I've ended up at McDonald's, Subway or pizza hut with the little one - definitely will be getting fish and chips again when we next visit - glad I finally got the chance to try them!
Brilliant portion sizes. Fish was lovely and very tasty. Curry sauce was the perfect flavour.

Beautiful white tasty fish, light batter and just cooked chips make this a regular place to eat when we go to the Designer Outlet. Price is comparable with the other vendors, and service is always quick, polite and professional.
Generally good fish and chips, a little pricier for what you get, but then most eateries inside centres such as this are to cover the huge rents they have to pay. Service is polite, and attentive, but can be slower at the busiest times and the quality can drop off a little.
With fantastic service, from friendly staff, and traditional fish and chips (or in my case battered sausage and chips) The Fisherman's Wife provided a delightful lunch for myself and my crew mate (and, as we were in our Ambulance uniform, they threw in a discount, too!)
In this time of concern over the pandemic, they would also seem to be taking sensible measures to limit the risk of infection, alongside their usual practices (the kitchen looks impeccable)

Veggie/pescitarian friendly! We struggle to find nice chips done in vegetable oil, so we were delighted when we found this place. Much better than the other options around us.
On new years day the fisherman's wife at mc,Arthur Glenn stepped in with no notice to fullfill an order for 16 hungry family members after another fish and chip take away was found to be closed despite the order being placed in December. I can,t than the staff enough for their speed, efficiency and the production of some excellent fish and chips.
Good food. Great service. A bit pricey as you would expect in this prime spot, but still recommend. And they do a small portion as an option (for lower price) if you want it.
