A lovely Little Coffee Shop Friendly Staff, Clean Facilities and a nice outdoor area when the weather is good enough. All the usual Costa items served, close to Tesco and all the Clifton Moor Retail Shops Que can build up but staff work hard to serve people as quickly as possible. Worth a Visit

Excellent customer service, as per usual. Deana was wonderful and fixed my coffee despite me being fussy about it 🤣. This Costa has an excellent atmosphere and the majority of the staff are absolutely wonderful people.

Piping hot chocolate 🍫 😋 and a blueberry muffin 🧁 It was really busy, but i got served. It was a pretty quick good choice of cakes and sandwiches and toasties, staff polite and good customer service 😀

Fabulous staff but had to walk out today very busy, and still no air conditioning as it was unbearable to stand in the queue and no outside space!! Most been like this five or more days.

Busy and sited in a car park so atmosphere suffers through no fault of its own. Staff were friendly and got everything right on my order. The coffees were nicely presented. The counter was clean and well laid out with the snacks etc.

Depending on the time of day you visit you may be waiting slightly longer to get served. Great tasting coffee, usually just get a large latte. Even if a little over priced they have a fantastic selection of hot and cold sandwiches and cakes. Highly recommend the millionaire shortbread

A regular meeting point with daughter and grandchildren early Sunday morning. Not a huge choice of food, but then it is a coffee house. Staff are usually pleasant even though things can get busy with a lot of collections.

A really clean coffee shop which lots of food options. The drinks were really hot and the food was tasty however it was a little bit slow. They did seem a bit understaffed but they were doing their best.
