One thing about Costa is their consistency. The coffee is always nice, and the food always tempting.
The staff at this branch are friendly, and always make you feel welcome, but its not a comfy homely place. But its clean and always has space to sit.
Friendly staff. I like the location as you see lots of trains going past. The parking isn't great though. I think a lot of people park there and nip into the shops. Couldn't get a space last time I tried to visit.
Great place. Really appreciate decent customer service from the team. Dick was especially great. Highly recommend. Watching the trains go by added to the enjoyment.
A constant stop when I'm in Stirling, the service is excellent (better than the great service associated with Costa). It's a popular stop for business people and students!

I love Costa, but I don’t think I will ever come back to this one.
They spilled all the coffee without cleaning it up. The staff wasn’t polite either, it was a bad experience
