Good community hub, good children's playground for younger children, tennis courts and bowls green. Football/ball play grassed area. Many clubs and activities, nice cafe which seconds for community bar evening and weekends.

Bonfire night was spectacular!
The fireworks were incredible, really worth the money paid. The food was good and selection of stalls good.
The number of people wasn't good and was very overwhelming. There was no controls over how many could/couldn't be in a certain area at once.

A lovely place to watch the sunset with friends. At the end of the field, up the grass bank, there’s a big tree that you can climb and watch the sky turn orange with your friends.

York league premier division very large pitch with plenty of room, had dugouts but missing on visit good playground has tennis bowls and basketball areas pitch is railed off 3 sides, believe cafe bar open on weekend games, changing rooms in main building over entrance road and have container for football equipment.

Large facility hidden slightly back from the road. Large hall with multiple other rooms. Has a little café but not sure what it's like. Large outdoor playground with soft flooring for the kids.

I recently went to the Poppleton Centre Cafe with a few friends and I can highly recommend it. With great company, friendly staff and a good selection of beers and wines it was a terrific evening. Delicious pizza - one of the best I’ve had since moving to York!

I recently attended this venue for a friends Wedding and was hired for my Outdoor Laser Clay Pigeon Shoot. The guests all said they thoroughly enjoyed the venue, BBQ and entertainment and I was well looked after.

As a Nana I visited the Tumbletots class in the hall which was great fun for my 2yr old grandson. Only problem was my daughter in law hadn't told me to wear socks & as boots have to be removed - very cold feet!
We then visited the cafe which was superb with great coffee & scrumptious looking cakes. Would visit again

An excellent village facility. Lots of different activities ranging from bridge and lace making to football, badminton and yoga. Meeting rooms and large hall available for hire. The hall can have a marquee inside it to take away from it being a sprots hall so lovely for socail events, concerts, weddings, parties etc. Cafe is brilliant

Cafe Refresh is delightful, lovely ambience, fabulous homemade cakes and cheese scones still warm from the oven. Excellent choice of sandwiches, paninis, light lunches. Great value for money
