While the food was amazing in it’s own right, what really convinced me to write this review (something I don’t usually do) was the incredible customer service I received. I was seen to by a lovely woman with blonde hair who immediately greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and asked me about my day. While this may have just been a simple act of customer service, it made my otherwise terrible day much better. Bravo 👏👏

I took my younger cousin out for a girly day and she had a lot of shopping bags. It was the 21st august on a Friday afternoon the weather was horrible and we got drenched running over the bridge and my cousins bags from primark was coming apart. We ran into your shop and a lovely lovely lady who was working unfortunately I have forgotten her name gave us plastic bags so the stuff we bought wouldn’t get ruined, I offered money but she gave us them free of charge. In the times we are living in something as small gesture as that brightens up your day and shows what kind people they are in the world. I hope the correct lady gets the recognition she deserves as as was a pleasure to meet as well as helping us out.

Frequently stop here on my way to work, portion sizes are good and prices reasonable. Always polite and happy service. Got a spud with tuna cheese beans butter and slaw today for a £5 and my god the weight of the thing! Bargain!! Highly recommend

Excellent value sandwiches which are fresh and flavoursome. In a town were food is often pretentious and overpriced its nice to find a spot that does good takeaway lunches at very reasonable prices. Less than £3 for a large beef salad sandwich is pretty good in my book.

Good food for the price, jacket potatoes especially. It's nothing flamboyant, but that's not what I'm after when I want a quick lunch at work.
Staff are always happy and friendly, which is always a bonus.
