Acomb Kebab And Pizza

Went in after a few drinks in acomb asked for chips and after asked the blonde women for some chip spice and the guy handed me the shaker she then arrogantly said NO NO and snatched it off me and did it herself as she claims too much is unhealthy and hardly putting any on. I then asked for a fork to eat it with and the guy also arrogantly said No left even though I could clearly see them behind the counter disgusting as I was the paying customer! I guess they just don't like giving certain things the customer requests. Used to like this place but this service is abysmal. 3 stars is because the pizzas are brilliant love them I will always collect though due to my personal experience and other reviews saying the order never arrived despite taking money and then making excuses. Good pizza should have the same for customer service. Placed an order for collection the staff seem to have changed as the guy there put in the pizza and was telling me 5 minutes, I did order previously for collection but I would rather have it cooked fresh so no bother there. The women told me he was unwell (hope he gets well soon) pizza was cooked fresh and was gorgeous. 1 star up. I have now had a few deliveries from here always on time and brilliant.

The food here is good, most of all the service is excellent, the food is hot, tasty and the portions are modest, the delivery might be a little long but I would rather wait and have it cooked fresh. Customer service is great as the staff are responsive to your issues by swiftly rectifying any problems. All in all, a great takeaway.

Surprisingly good pizza, the kebabs are good, fast service, not too expensive, if you are not looking for anything flash there is also a small dining area. This was my introduction to the chicken parmigiana, a huge helping which comes in a pizza box , it was really delicious, especially with the mild peppers which come standard as part of the meal.
