A lovely big store with loads of stock. The only downside was they were getting their Christmas shop ready & it made it very difficult to access certain areas with a trolley due to pallets blocking routes. The toilets could have done with a clean & restock of loo roll too. We found lots of good stuff however & it's one of the biggest & best Range stores we've been to

I went for a coffee meeting here. Cafe staff was a friendly and knowledgeable lady. I felt she listened advised and gave me an individual coffee. Very happy. thank you.

Brilliant for indoor furniture , outdoor furniture, crafts just about everything. Ordered a Santos table and chairs arrived in a few days, brilliant service.

Only problem here and has always been the checkouts are not manned adequately and therefore takes a long time to pay.

I like this place. Lots of ideas and products for the home and garden. Some items are a little bit overpriced in my opinion, but also some good bargains if you look around. Very good Range of products as the name would suggest. Nice little, basic Cafe upstairs with competitive prices. Usually of plenty of parking available outside. The checkout tills are sometimes a bit of a let down at busy times. Maybe time for some self checkouts for smaller purchases to cut the queues? But don't remove staff from the checkouts, there are plenty of customers out there who don't like the self checkouts! A good store to visit, improve the queue's for 5*

Excellent cafe with lovely staff. Pity about lack of air-conditioning but staff were using fans around the area as we left. We use the cafe regularly.

The store has a large variety of products for the home and garden as well as a food section with items from Iceland Foods. Toys, patio furniture, craft supplies, kitchen ware, tools, camping and hiking. Garden supplies and plants. Even a limited cafe. If you’re looking for something this place will probably have it.

As a former regular visitor to the range pre pandemic, I finally went back with my dad to see what had changed.
The car park still needs some tlc but no massive pot holes thankfully, plenty of spaces to park.
We went through and it hasn't changed that much, and this is great! Still an excellent selection of crafting, DIY, home items, cooking and garden supplies, with a great outside section of both vegetables, fruit trees and many selection of flowers and pots. Upstairs is home furnishing, which seemed to have a layout change and the cafe is now under a different brand I think?
Only new addition is now Iceland is within the store, which to me is super.
Thank you for keeping this gem exactly how it should be, a good range of products for all!

Massive range of household, hiking, and seasonal goods (Xmas etc). Friendly helpful staff. Nice relaxing coffee lounge. The cornish pasty was superb. If you can't find what you want at 'The Range' you won't find it anywhere.
