I came here to claim my free coffee. Quite busy at the time, but the staff kept up with the orders, and my coffee was lovely.

Nice cappuccino- excellent customer service. The young man said to sit down and he would bring my coffee over as they were quiet.

A tad overpriced for a bacon butty but other than that it was lovely. Great building and location. Coffee was fab.

I love starbucks definitely my favourite by a long way. But can vary from shop to shop but this one was amazing made just perfect forgot to take a pic of my drink but put a pic of my daughters drink she really enjoyed it too 😊

Louise is absoultley a delight. Had a whole lecture on the difference between white mocha and white hot chocolate and she adapted to what I was after z such a delight !
And smiley don’t get this very often from Starbucks people normally, she deserves a raise !

As far as drink and service, if you’ve ever been to a Starbuck’s, you know what to expect. Even if you’re not ordering anything, it’s worth popping in to see the beautiful architecture. It also made a nice place to warm up on a cold spring day in York.

The building itself is an antique view, I don’t know why I didn’t appreciate it so much before. My visit was lifted with a smile by Emily, she’s an awesome staff, thank you 😊

Beautiful room in York, standard Starbucks coffee. Long wait times though, felt like each person took about 3-5 minutes to be served.

The nicest starbucks I have ever been to both atmosphere and people. Staff are friendly and make nice conversation, the coffee is good and the seating area is always clean. The only downside is that the toilets are often messy and aren't the nicest I would say they are definitely in need of refurbishment. Other than that this is my favrouite stabucks in the whole of the UK
