After a long day of travelling, to be greeted and provided service with a smile, was a lovely way to end the day. Thanks to Josh B for ending the day on a happy note and for the great customer service!

Served today by Melissa, very warm and welcoming, very quick with the order when I was in a rush to get a train, a refreshing change to what is usually a very bland experience with other fast food vendors.
The burger was very basic but customer service was brilliant. What a lovely guy serviced me and took time to explain the different things. No seating.
Best Burger King in the North East, staff are friendly and engaging and accommodated my requests. Atmosphere could only be described as a 1930s Railway vibe with an excellent view of the trains.
I was served earlier by one of the members on till called jay I believe he was great made sure I got my meal as quick as possible as I was in a rush lovey guy!!

Usually buy from a major competitor but for convenience called at B. King drive in. We were pleasantly surprised by the quickness of service, efficiency and politeness of the young man that served us.
came today, food came really quick great customer service from tayo and josh they was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my dietary requirements
I ordered a chicken burger it was nice and basic it took about just five min , it closes at 8 pm , it is small brunch
We visited this branch every June & October after the staff are great
