After a long day of travelling, to be greeted and provided service with a smile, was a lovely way to end the day. Thanks to Josh B for ending the day on a happy note and for the great customer service! Only reason for the 4 stars was because the burger was a little dry :-( but all in all, happy customer. Served today by Melissa, very warm and welcoming, very quick with the order when I was in a rush to get a train, a refreshing change to what is usually a very bland experience with other fast food vendors.

Best Burger King in the North East, staff are friendly and engaging and accommodated my requests. Atmosphere could only be described as a 1930s Railway vibe with an excellent view of the trains.
