What a bad decision it was to go to this shop. Quick to take your order then join the massive queue waiting for their drinks. First drink came second one 8 minutes later. No sense of urgency to get through the orders. Sub standard drink tbh. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to order and receive 2 lattes. Table area was not the cleanest.
Not a great experience today. Lots of staff behind the counter. Approximately 5. Wait times very long. Tables messy, sticky and not cleaned very well. The two staff members on the coffee machine chatting away about the there plans this …
Really not a relaxing experience, not helped by the bench seating faux leather studs full of old crumbs, and tables not cleared promptly.
Coffee was good though, the Bacon and the Sausage buns were dry. Shame there’s not a Costa nearby. I won’t be back.
Would you like some coffee with your ice? I dont think i have ever been so disappointed in a coffee. Ordered this drink and a vanilla latte(which was lovely, extra start for that, otherwise would have been 1*) came to just over £10!!! No exaggeration four straw slurps and it was gone!
Come for a Cinnamon latte and other half gone for the Strawberry and vanilla oat latte. She said very nice, sweet enough that no sugar needed (she usually has 3 at starbucks) …
