Everything was delicious! We ordered the mild wings best wings I've ever had at any restaurant. Hubby ordered the chicken fried in blooming onion mix, with broccoli and mashed potatoes he loved Everything. I ordered the ribs fried in blooming onion mix and tossed in there signature BBQ sauce with blooming onion sauce drizzled on top and a baked potato on the side. If you haven't yet you have to try this combo you will not be disappointed. Jessica was our waiter and she has excellent customer service, and made sure we enjoyed our meal and our experience. We also had a new drink I can't remember the name but it was strong delicious!

Not busy today - restaurant was a little colder than I wanted but overall good service and a good manager on duty. My steak was originally cooked too under like medium rare and I wanted medium a light pink Center but the manager remade it and comped it since it took too long to remake

I did a pick up today:
Pretty good. Wish they would season their steak, because it has no flavor.
The Mac and cheese was dry
The green beans and broccoli had a good flavor. Shrimp was cooked and seasoned well!

The three cheese steak dip and the baked potato soup is amazingly yummy. Our server was Bruce who was friendly, great personality and excellent service. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Went to lunch with my bestie. We decided to get an appetizer to share and then the AYCE soup and salad. I think it was a special for the app, blooming shrimp. Delish, sauce had a little kick and old Bay. Our waitress was super fab. She recommended a mixed drink, blueberry lavender lemonade. Heavenly!!!!! Great prices too. Mixed drinks $7 each, AYCE lunch soup and salad $7.99. Only down side was alot of tables were full in the section we were sitting. Felt crowded.

My husband and I ate here recently, and it was a great experience! There was no wait time, we were seated immediately. Our server Bruce S (#45) was exceptional. He was polite, friendly, and attentive our entire visit. We both commented on his exceptional service, and our meals were absolutely delicious!
Highly recommend, and I would definitely suggest asking for Bruce as your server

This is a chain that I think might be getting hit with shipping issues therefore creating stock issues plus qualified staff. My family and I used to really enjoy coming here. It was a place to get a great steak! Their sides were top notch. The only good thing about our meal was the blooming onion. I originally ordered the prime rib but they were sold out...at 6pm on a Tuesday. So instead, I ordered the sirloin topped with garlic mushrooms. What I got was a tasteless steak with a bowl of canned mushrooms in some kind of murky water. I also ordered their top shelf margarita ( the most expensive one). What I received was 3/4 of a glass of ice, 1/4 ( I know this because I removed all of the ice) generic margarita mix and I doubt even an ounce of Jose cuervo. I KNOW and love a great margarita and this by far was a massive let down. I genuinely fought every urge to go to the bar and offer my assistance in making a proper margarita. There is no way that drink was made by an actual bartender. My mom picked through her meal as well. We were disappointed all around because this was supposed to be our joint birthday meal.
Our waitress was nice and as I looked around the restaurant, it was clear that they were very understaffed. I didn't want to be the customer who complained about the entire meal. So I kept quiet.
I do feel an honest review was appropriate though. Customers old and new, deserve to know what they are now going to get when they go to this particular Outback Steak House. It was truly a disappointment. An expensive disappointment.
