This is a nice hot pot restaurant. They have the traditional dishes but nothing fresh was available. Most of the ingredients are the frozen type. But the soup base was good and the sauce station was good as well. The main thing is to be aware that they only take cash.
Great hot pot restaurant. The service was great, the food was delicious. Might seem pricy but for unlimited ingredients it is definitely worth it. We got half and half broth, hot mushroom and spicy broth which was hot but very flavourful. The veg, meat and bean curd we got were really tasty. Would definitely be coming back.
Brilliant selection and service, really nice vibes too. Had spicy soup and mushroom soup. Staff really helpful since we're fairly new to hotpot
Authentic Chinese hotpot. A portion is large, even we have 4 people.
It's obvious the target market is Chinese students, but is still great for anyone wanting to experience authentic Chinese hot pot! Even the mild chilli broth is VERY spicy, would reccomend the mushroom broth for first timers. Excellent selection of food and handy tablet for ordering. Expensive.
Great experience, staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and delicious. This is probably slight above average in price, but well worth it.
The experience of cooking in the spicy hotpot was brilliant. We have tried similar dining experiences and this was equally as enjoyable.
When they say extra spicy they really mean it!!

The place looked interesting from outside, so me and my partner decided to go in and try it out. Basically you need to cook your own soop, you choose the ingradients and you need to cook them. The staff was friendly, although it felt that they are new and they don't know everything. The food was good, but if you want extreme hot food this is the perfect place. I saw people in tears, I saw obr person the sweat was dripping from his head that hot was the food. Good place, clean and not too expensive. It was our first time but we definitely will go back next time when we will go to visit York.
Lovely place with lovely staff! There was an issue when a charge was added to our bill which shouldn’t have been there and I felt it wasn’t accidental but staff removed it after a conversation. Desire that I definitely recommend.
We ate here on a busy Saturday night at around 8pm but seemed a bit empty. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Ordering is easy on a tablet computer where you pick what you want. Food was tasty and good quality. We had: slow cooked bone soup and X hot soup, hot beef (it was cut quite thick, not so thin it disappeared), sweet potato noodles, hand stretched noodles, dried tofu rolls (very good), chikuwa, and paid for the unlimited sauce bar which there was a great selection. We had a great time! Other reviews say bank transfer only but we paid by card with no issues?
The money we paid was well worth the amount of food we got and we both left absolutely stuffed having had a lovely time.
I would recommend listening to the staff and only getting the mild hot soup because my partner didn't listen and went for X hot and it was VERY hot.
Wow! Yuzong Hotpot launched two new drinks, Lychee fruit tea and Grape cheese fruit tea. I’ve tried both of them, and I love the Lychee one best! They added real lychee fruit inside. It went well with the hotpot. definitely will come again
