I visited your store this morning to buy some wine. What I wanted was not on the shelf...again. However an extremely polite youg man called Tom came and asked if he could help. I explained my requirements and he checked and found the wine I wanted had just arrived in the warehouse. He offered to go and get it. 5 minutes later he returned with my requirements 6 bottles of a Rhone. He was so polite and pleasant and would like you to note and thank him. We'll done

Korean chicken bites are the best here, staff are very friendly and fast, and you can see the hygiene is of upmost importance here, will be using regularly 😀
