I visited your store this morning to buy some wine. What I wanted was not on the shelf...again. However an extremely polite youg man called Tom came and asked if he could help. I explained my requirements and he checked and found the wine I wanted had just arrived in the warehouse. He offered to go and get it. 5 minutes later he returned with my requirements 6 bottles of a Rhone. He was so polite and pleasant and would like you to note and thank him. We'll done
