High points:- lovely clean place, friendly atmosphere, and the food was fantastic, prices weren't too bad either, slightly on the high side, but you expect that for a restaurant that doesnt have much in the way of competition, and still well within affordable range. Critique:- my partner suffers from Celiacs, ie gluten intolerant, through medical reasons, not through choice... we did contact them ahead of time and ask if they had gluten free options and was told they did, but we found the menu was pretty poorly laid out. Had vegan and vegetarian sections, but nothing for gluten free. We had to examine the menu carefully and guess what would be suitable. Not something I'd expect from any food service place in this day and age. The waiter wasnt too helpful there either, didnt really seem to understand what gluten free meant. Overall:- lovely place, if your not gluten free, great menu, great choices, would certainly recommend, the food we had was superb. Would we go there again... certainly!!

Ordered Burger, nachos and macaroni on deliveroo. Thought £14.95 for a bowl of macaroni cheese was a bit steep, even if it was very good macaroni cheese. The burger was really good, reasonably priced and came with both chips and macaroni cheese!

We had a nice meal on our first visit to Flippin cheese. The restaurant has a nice friendly, casual atmosphere. The menu is quite extensive. We found it difficult to choose just one meal. We shared a portion of beer battered cheese curds as a starter. Which came with a trio of dips and was just delicious. For my main I had the Flippin raclette cheese "Pig in' (or out) I can't remember. It was really nice. The bed of smashed potatoes was lovely with raclette smothered on top. Pepperoni and pulled pork etc off to the side and a few pickles as well. The Pickles were a refreshing change to the mouthfuls of cheese. But really enjoyed the whole dish. It's all very cheesy! I'm looking forward to going back and trying the poutine and fondue and mac cheese!! The others in my party all had macaroni cheese. I have to say I was a feeling a bit jealous when I saw their dishes.

Shangri-la for cheese lovers. A friendly and inventive place with a huge choice of cheeses and cheese based dishes. You could opt for a straight up cheese board from the extensive list or one of many Mac and cheeses, burgers, toasties or raclettes. We chose the Scottish crimes scene toastie with blue cheese, bacon, peppers, black pudding and a raclette with pulled pork and bacon as well as the usual pearl onions, potatoes and cornichons. Everything was amazing - and very rich. Great value and served by friendly folk. Brilliant.

Can't fault the place, the food was great, the staff were nice. The cost was decent for the amount of food we got, so much we had to take home some. I had the steak grilled cheese, and the garlic parmesan fries. They were both good. My partner had the Mac goes foraging grilled cheese and the classic poutine. They were both good. The pun wall was great too.

Service was amazing, the cheese selection with the meals can be a little daunting if you don't know your cheese(like me) but the server was able to recommend the perfect cheese for my meal and was very upbeat and entertaining. The meal was amazing full of flavour and the best Mac and cheese I have ever had. Great to see such quality in a local business and will be back very soon to try more of the menu.

Absolutely fantastic! The mac and cheese, raclette, and grilled cheese were all delicious, with a top notch variety of cheeses. Our server was wonderful, she made excellent recommendations and was very friendly. This was one of the highlights of our visit to Aberdeen!

Delicious! And that says a LOT from a Wisconsin, USA native. Everything we sampled from the fondue to cheesecake was fabulous. My mac and cheese was amazing, and my husband had his favorite burger to date. Well done!
