Qdoba Mexican Grill

I have questioned the portions somewhat in the past but today was horrible. I ordered 3 burrito bowls for my kids and I. We barely received half a scoop of beans each. When I said you are running a little short there the team member shrugged his shoulders and said eh yea. Then the ground beef was also a bit short but at least adequate My wife followed us but a different team member filled her order and she received mostly full scoops. Then there was the hair. One team member had long flowing locks which were draped up over his visor and hung over the brim. I find it hard to believe that is good service acceptable.

The Manager Terry is incredible, friendly, and polite. Was a huge help setting up catering for an Event for us even though their online cater menu was down for the day. Put everything together, with fast pick up! Food is always delicious and fresh, most of the staff is extremely friendly and has a great attitude.

Got a burrito bowl for delivery, asked for white rice, didn't get any. Called into the store, was asked what could be done to make the situation better. I said some white rice would be good, but I guess that's too difficult, don't have the time or patience for excuses, especially when paying $25 for a food delivery order. Food was ice cold on delivery as well.

Just experienced the worst customer service on my order. I ordered online and called in to try to get extra queso on my order and the impatient employee said he couldn’t do that. I asked if he could ring it up if we just quickly paid through the phone for the cost of the extras and again was quickly shut down by him even though I have done this before countless times.

Not the best, but not the worst. Customer service was great. The food, not so much. The place itself is well kept and clean. But the food is where it truly matters. The rice could use a bit more flavoring(white rice). The chicken wasn't as tasteful as the first time I had it here. Besides the flavors, they were pretty stingy this time with the portions. Not trying to sound fat. But for a bowl, and a burrito that cost around $20 together. It's a bit too much with the portions it came with. Will give a third chance. First time, was 5/5.
