I eat here all the time and most of the time everything is good. Tonight 6/10, 8:30 p.m the service was horrible. We waited almost 30 minutes to order because the kid at the window took one order at a time. When we ordered he tried to tell us we couldn't do the Mac n cheese and small shakes for the meal. I told him since when I do it all the time. We get to the window the kids was rude basically threw everything at me out the window. Get home are food was cold and tastes horrible. Don't know if I will eat here again after tonight. Worst customer service I have ever seen. That kid at the window would have been fired if he worked for me. Js

I understand the learning curve of new employees, so a wait for food doesn't bother me. A large portion of the menu being unavailable due to out of stock product and a rude employee in the drive thru window does.

Sound system doesn't work. Employee's are lazy and didn't give us our sauce. Employee at the first window (1:00pm, May 8, 2022) took a picture of my brother's debit card and if there is a single thing bought from that card that he didn't authorize, we will be suing your whole establishment. Please teach your employee's manners and repect.

This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Just straight trash. They didn’t get my order right, they were completely lazy, and had the worst attitude. I honestly wouldn’t even give them a star. Im just in shock this establishment is even running with employees like that. Unbelievable.

I have been to arbys recently and have gotten 3 orders in 1 vehicle and had no issue doing that. Came about a week later and was only able to do 2 and the gal taking our order was rude about 3 orders and it was purely the fact she was to lazy to do it

I think alot of the fast food places are short on employees. It took a little while. The food was good fries a little cool.

Staff was awesome. Only thing wrong was just how long everything took but I'm sure it was just a staffing thing. Everyone is understaffed these days.
