The man who made my coffee put way too much chocolate in there and it dripped out the side and he tried to clean it off. It didn't taste good.

I go here every single day. The employees are rockstars! They are always friendly! And my coffee is always amazing! By the time I get to the counter, they already know what I'm going to order. I've seen them handle some pretty rude customers. And they are always professional. I'd rather go here to get my coffee VS the actual Starbucks. They are fast, friendly and all around awesome!

Starbucks always has coffee and iced tea that tastes like what it is!! Coffee isn't just a dark colored water and the black iced tea isn't just a light brown ice water. The egg whites bites are my favorite.

Usually no problem, but last time, our coffees had no chocolate ( supposed to be triple shot mocas ) , & who knows if we got our 3 shots. Plus girl seemed very spaced out on something. Couldn't remember anything, very confused, & she's 40 years younger than us!@

Their coffee tastes like the dregs of a 15 hour old pot I used to find on my ship.

Rude staff who made the drinks... snotty attitude and lack of service. I think her name was Stephanie who was making drinks. She gave the face as if she didnt care and jipped us on our drinks. She was like well thats how its made. Rude as heck...

I like MOST of the employees here there is only 1 chick that's rude and doesn't smile. But my drinks are always good
