I only got the cold pink drink here because I had a gift card and I got a small size. It was delicious with the bits of fresh strawberry in there but why do you have to stuff the whole cup with ice? Seriously I paid $5 for this drink and maybe there was about 6 oz of liquid in there. I just don't see the value to dollar. The lobby area was really nice though.

Always good service, and the staff are nice. Only thing I don't like is the layout of the drive through lane and how you get there. It's difficult to get in and out of. But otherwise, love Starbucks as always!

Aberdeen Starbucks used to be good. Not sure what's happened in the last year, but they need to step it up. I swear they were getting my order wrong every other day and kept adding lemonade to my drink for some reason and I can't drink lemonade.. I end up giving my drink away since the lines are long and I don't have time to go back around or inside to have them remake it in the morning. Maybe they can't see that it's not water when they pour cause it's so dark in there. Past few weeks though,my drinks have been made perfectly. Maybe things will get better. *Fingers crossed*

I had stopped here twice in a day and both drinks were still so terrible. First time I came around 6:30 a.m., they messed up my first order. Second time I came was around 11 a.m. and I ordered a ventri pink drink. The pink drink tasted really funky and it was filled with a whole bunch of ice. The older lady who helped us the second time looked like she didn't even want to be there. I won't ever come back here.

Joe was very nice and conversational in the drive through, but our drinks were made poorly. Matcha latte had a thick layer of unmixed matcha and was too sweet, and the dirty chai had no espresso. We went in to get the drinks fixed and the attendant to assist us was Gail. She was immediately condescending, told us that our drink was exactly what we asked for. When we pointed out that the drink was poorly made she suggested a reshake. Originally all I wanted was a new drink but her attitude made us want to leave. I asked for a refund and my friend didn't even bring up the problem with her drink. While the refund was being processed Gail made a point to let us know that she’s been doing this a long time, that they never have to refund drinks. I didn’t appreciate the guilt she was throwing our way because we wanted the drinks to be worth the money we paid for them.
She was rude with a smile throughout.

I admire Starbucks, the barista culture, the company's leadership. This place is one of the best. Great coffee, wonderful service, a comfortable place to sit and visit with friends, or read a paper.
