Dairy Queen

Absolutely horrible, they microwave there burgers. I asked them why they MICROWAVE there burgers and they told me it's store policy and I asked when they made the burger and they told me they just made it why would you need to MICROWAVE your food if you just made it? So if you go here for burgers be prepared to eat MICROWAVED FOOD MMM SOUNDS YUMMY DOESN'T IT. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

We’ve come here a few times now and never had a bad experience, don’t know what all the negative reviews are for? As this is a relatively busy location the only downside is an occasional wait. But the employees do a wonderful job taking care of a long line quickly and getting orders correct. Food was served hot and fresh, ice cream was delicious & chilly, and they also offered the perfect amount of toppings! Loved the animal cookie blizzard...they made it amazingly. Same with the chicken and biscuits basket, it was really good and offers something different than a regular chicken strip meal. The gravy and biscuits are definitely worth coming back for. My boyfriend enjoyed his burger from here and my Grandpa also enjoyed his chicken and biscuits. We think this Dairy Queen represents the brand well and you should give it a try.

We stopped by the Dairy Queen at 1800 Simpson Ave in Aberdeen Wash to have lunch. The girl that was working the drive through window apparently was having a really bad day and was taking it out on the customer. She was very rude and sarcastic. I went inside to complain and the manager was not much better. She would not even tell me the girls first name so I knew who to complain about. I do not usually go to this extent but I have been treated badly at this same Dairy Queen in the past but today it was way above and beyond being rude and sarcastic that I felt I needed to post this.

Rotisserie chicken bites used to be good. But now are a joke. 9 dollars for 8 tiny bites of chicken. The toast that comes with it wasnt even cut in half. Ordered a salad was a joke and came with no dressing even tho we ranch with it. One kids meal with chicken strips didnt get the sauce ordered with it. Another kids meal with a hot dog they for got the ketchup.
