Frank's Pizza

Great pizza. Best in town. friendly folks Best NY style Hand-tossed pizza. Im always 100% satisfied with the pizza. There may have been one time when i wasn't 100% happy with the pizza, and it was when Brandon was not working that day. Since then, I always make sure Brandon is there because I know it will turn out great. I think you guys should open on Sunday, and close on Monday instead. You would think Sunday would be a busy day. But then again, I know you guys always have a heavy lunch crowd on weekdays. Just something to think about.

I love their pizza. Their pizza is a thin crust and the pizza easily folds for a great eat! I don't know if they do deep dishes or Chicago style as I don't like those types of pizzas. The prices are great and their lunch special for 2 slices and a drink is a great deal. I REALLY recommend trying this place over ANY chain pizza place.

This is what I just paid almost 6$ for? Thanks. The one thing I ordered for myself, isn’t what I ordered at all. Lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and NOT what it says on the menu! I ordered a garden salad. Update: as you can see below this is the response I get? Jeez. Not even offer the salad I ordered ? Or try to make it better? Wow! terrible management as well it seems.

When I first started working in Aberdeen, MD back in 2016, this place was my “go to” for pizza and cheesesteaks. Recently it seems like this place is always closed for extended periods, staff appears to be significantly shorter, the quality of food and service does not seem to be as great as it once was. When I place online orders, the fulfilled order is either incorrect, missing items, or not as requested, so I usually have to check my bags before I leave the store which is inconvenient. I request my French fries to be cooked soft, and they always make them the way they want to make them, and it be overcooked and hard, my cheesesteak now days seem to not even have much meat inside, and this place used to sell chips. The chips were never popular tasty name brands, but at least they had chips, now they don’t even sell chips. I tried calling in my order a few times and the phones just rang and rang with no answer. When I arrived to the store, I explained this to the staff and called the store while in the store, the staff could not figure out why the store phone was not ringing. One of the staff tried calling the store phone with his own phone to verify, and still could not figure it out. This happened on about 3 occasions which was frustrating because it took up a lot of my lunch break from having to wait for my order. The last time I went to this location on Tuesday November 30, there was an abnormal amount of tiny black flying bugs (gnats) in the store. It was around 35 degrees outside, so it’s a strong indication that the flying bugs are breeding inside the facility due to unsanitary conditions. It made me very uncomfortable eating my pickup order sandwich since there could have been some in the sandwich mixed in with the meat. I don’t plan to return to this location, but if I do, I hope there are significant improvements made.
