Wendy's

This is the slowest fast food place in the city of Aberdeen, maybe even in Harford County. There is no reason for the slowness either. They lock the doors nearly everyday , and on days they don’t all they do is complain about how they should lock them. If your going through the drive through expect to wait about an hour to get your food even if there is only 2 or 3 cars in front of you. Some of the staff is nice but some act like every costumer is a major inconvenience. I would never recommend anyone to even try to eat here. The only reason I’m stuck going here is for DoorDash.The only positive is they have good food.

We sat in the drive through line (mind you 3 cars were ahead of us) for 20 minutes waiting to place our order we finally get to place it then we sat another 25 minutes waiting on our food. We' finally get our food just to look in the bag and notice it wasn't even our order. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Wait time and service are in the negative. I also door dash here occasionally waiting on a pick up here is not worth the time or the money.

I didn’t even want to give a 1 star. The employees are rude, they act like it’s an inconvenience to do their job. I’ve worked in fast food, it is appalling to see such ignorant customer service. I didn’t get two words out before they either ask me if that’s all or tell me to pull forward- with a very nasty attitude at that. Not to mention throwing my food at me and not even attempting to give me my receipt or change (1penny I wasn’t worried about it, but no receipt), when I’ve had issues with incorrect orders here before; but since it’s the closest Wendy’s to our house we go there. After the repeated completely terrible service, I’ll drive to Edgewood or North East before going back there. These employees need to learn what customer service is and just basic human decency.

Unfortunately they are understaffed The app will let you make a order but when you pull up to monitor the workers are saying they aren't accepting orders. Wait time has been Over 45 minutes sometimes longer. Managers are very welcoming and friendly. There's days when they store is closed in the middle of the day also.
