Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered 36 dollars worth of food to a room at the travel lodge and after waiting 40 minutes for delivery I called and was told that it was being delivered as we spoke even though the tracker already said delivered for at least 5 minutes. After another 20 minutes I call back and was told that my order had in fact been delivered to the wrong room but a new order will be sent out. When I asked if I could get a partial discount management informed me that since I had already paid they wouldn’t be able to offer me anything. Completely disappointing! Will not recommend

Ordered 2 pizza's on the way. Get there and 1 is totally missing . Now I have to wait for it to be completely made. So much for ordering ahead. Most employees wearing face masks improperly, looking at their phones, and generally chit chatting instead of doing a simple job. Sorry. Love the pizza, but this service not so much today!

Ordered 2 pizzas. They delivered 1. Called and said hey your delivery guy only gave us 1 pizza. Oh yeah he forgot the other one, I’ll send him back when he comes back to the store. That’s fine and all but can i get some kind of discount or free 2ltr or something. No, you get your order. Ya I’m getting my order but there is going to be half hour difference in between pizzas. You get your order that’s it. Unbelievable. Nothing but attitude. Never prepaying again. When they brought the second pizza the seal was busted so someone opened the pizza. God only knows what they did so we threw it out.
