I had heard that this location was not the best in terms of customer service. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great and workers were super friendly! The food was pretty awesome as well. Will definitely go back!!!

The service and food was good but the brownie shake didn't really live up to my expectations. It was super thick and had tiny chocolate chips. I had to wait for it to melt before i could drink it 😅

Ive been there before no problems. Went today and was told to wiat a few minutes before i could place my order. Ordered 3 piece tenders meal. With a slushie. Food came out and it smelled like fish. The tenders was so dark and smelled like they had been cooked in fish oil and they tasted awful. Bread was almost burnt. No onion ring in the box. When she dropped off my food. She stepped back and said im going to smoke before i go back. I just thought it was very disrespectful . but it looked like she was the only one taking ordered and bringing them out.

Terrible customer service. I was given an attitude while trying to order and the individual taking the order began screaming at us. Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever had and will never go back.

Food is good, but woman who took my order was rude and disrespectful, waited 30 minutes for order. lady who delivered food (Brandi) was very nice.
They will do food for allergies.

Food was fresh, hot and had great taste. Tried the onion rings. Also, not heavy with batter. Staff was very nice when ordering and receiving food.

Foods expensive. I got mozerella sticks the other night, cold and tasted off, also wouldn't take my order at the pull in, had to back out and wait in line, but besides that I like it, I just go for the milkshakes mainly.

We ordered, and after 35+ minutes of waiting for two drinks, we pressed the intercom button and asked. Right after, a woman came out (the intercom guy probably told her to get off her phone or smth) and gave us serious attitude. We got melted, mushy drinks that had probably been sitting there the whole time. Awful, unwelcoming experience.
