Amazing food one of the best Mediterranean I have ever eat in the UK and the staff very friendly and helpful and the Restaurants very clean and the prices very good amazing work keep it up
The food is absolutely amazing, it's like a gem of Aber. The mood is very traditional the dishes are very delicious especially the savoury lamb.
Stumbled upon this place one evening and wished we'd been before! The food was absolutely gorgeous, excellent portions and a lovely setting. Eat it again, Sam.
Nice little restaurant, start mains and dessert was delicious and a very good service but little slow ..just need another person to help....
Food and service were excellent, Can't wait to go again.
Terrific restaurant well deserving of its reputation. Warm and friendly staff who were very attentive. Superb food perfectly cooked and served with a mixture of vegetables. Brilliant sticky toffee pudding and one if the best cup of coffees anywhere. Bring your own wine and beer and enjoy this lovely restaurant.
One of the best meals I've ever had. We brought our own wine and were greeted by friendly staff and the owner himself. We ordered the lamb tanjine and meatball tanjine. WOW. What a delicacy. They food was so flavourful and yet, a perfect balance of tenderness and taste. Not too much spice, and not too spicy. We did have the option of adding 1 of the 3 sauces to add to the flavour, but honestly, the meal needed nothing more. We had the baklava for dessert which was just as good as the meal. The owner treated us to coffees as we engaged in conversation throughout the night. A quiet dinner turned into a few hours of friendly (and welcomed) chat. It was a memorable dinner we'll never forget. If you're in Aberystwyth, don't bother looking elsewhere. This is THE place to eat.
Far better than expected - the high rating is more than deserved. I'll be noting the name of this restaurant down - if I'm ever in Aberystwyth in future I will definitely come back here. The food was amazing, and appropriately priced. The large group I was a part of was accommodated for with no hassle, even if we did take up half the restaurant. The serving staff were very friendly and quite humorous, and went out of their way to make our visit better. Our food came out in a reasonable amount of time (around 25 minutes), but we still received an apology for slow serving time - which gives the impression that food usually comes out quickly. I would have gladly waited much much longer. Would highly recommend.
We had to wait over six months, due to unforeseen circumstances, to dine at the Casablanca, but it was well worth the wait. Excellent food and service. It was obvious the staff enjoyed their work. Congratulations to Joe, the proprietor, on keeping such a happy establishment. Definitely recommended.
It was a very authentic restaurant. You felt you were abroad. The staff were helpful and very friendly, The food was exceptional in taste and presentation, and it was a good portion. The starter was wonderful, the moules were perfect. the lamb tagine was just to die for, the beef tangier, well what can I say. The proprietor , Joe was concerned that the meal was perfect. as it was. Definitely call again.
