Excellent Sunday lunch. We had our dog so great we could be accommodated but did mean we weren't seated in the best place - and we hadn't booked.

Had a lovely meal here last night with family the food was excellent and great service. The bonus was that we picked this place at random out of the phone because we were only visiting the area overnight and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to eat

One word 'Excellent' from walking in the door to a warm welcome to the fantastic food... get the salt and pepper squid stunning... great atmosphere and great beer.. definitely calling back when in the area (from Manchester) thank you very much..

Eating here was a great experience. The waitresses were attentive and service was great. The food tasted really good and the pub was quite busy so great atmosphere, but not too loud. The pub was convenient to where we stayed. Would definitely recommend

Took my Dad here for an early Father's Day meal (on the Saturday). There was 4 of us & we were all impressed with the efficient & friendly service, beautiful food and reasonable pricing. The toilets are worth a mention as they were so lovely. Would definitely recommend this establishment 😊

Overall very nice food and lovely staff however there was a hair in the tomato pasta which was a bit off putting.

Booked a table to have a meeting of our project engineers to introduce three senior managers to the group. On the night we went mid week you could have walked in and got a table but I guess it has the potential for getting very busy.
The car park is large as are the spaces with easy acces to the side of the pub.
They have a large outdoor area that could be good in the summer.
We all had a really good meal, quality quantity and presentation were really good.
They had a good selection of drinks at the bar including some no alcoholic ones for us drivers.
The staff were attentive without being in your face.
If you want a good meal this is certainly a place to go.
The place has a good decor but some low ceilings so be careful if you are tall.
